At Pasta Academy, you’ll make handmade pasta in a small West End class capped at four people. Chef Aneta, Rosi, Alex, or another Italian pasta specialist may guide you through tagliatelle, orecchiette, malloreddus, tortellini, or another shape. Antipasti, equipment, dinner, and unlimited Prosecco are included, with other drinks available.
